Sylvester Singarayer

Sylvester Singarayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile delivery and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Iteration Manager at HESTA since December 2023, Sylvester previously held the role of Senior Consultant - Agile Delivery at Elabor8, a Cprime company, from May 2022 to November 2023. Notable prior positions include Delivery Manager at Clear Networks and Management Consultant at Monash Business School, where Sylvester completed a significant business strategy consulting project for an ASX-listed client. Over a decade at Vertel, Sylvester progressed through multiple engineering and management roles, demonstrating leadership in fixed networks and wireless engineering. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Euphoros, Sylvester successfully established and grew an ICT services company. Educationally, Sylvester holds a Global Executive MBA from Monash Business School, along with ongoing studies in Global Business Strategy at INSEAD and CEIBS, and a BSc Eng (Honours) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
