Joella Lede has extensive experience in the insurance and project management sectors, having worked at Bovemij from August 2007 to June 2014 in various roles, including Schadebehandelaar, Scrum Master, Projectmanager, and Verzekeringsadviseur. In the position of Verzekeringsadviseur, Joella was responsible for the acceptance of new clients and the management of existing insurance policies, as well as training and coaching new employees and enhancing departmental efficiency through projects. Currently, Joella serves as a Scrum Master at Het Kadaster since August 2024. Joella holds a degree in English Language and Culture from Radboud University.
