Lars Bohlmann

Lars Bohlmann is currently the Managing Director at Hettich, where they focus on shaping future-oriented leadership and collaboration, particularly in the realms of New Work and digital transformation. With extensive experience in various leadership roles since 2002, Lars has guided international networks and fostered a company culture centered around values such as responsibility and trust. They oversee service units in Germany and India, emphasizing entrepreneurial training for apprentices at Hettich Education Academy. Additionally, Lars serves on the boards of BOW Bildungswerk and Werksarztzentrum Herford, and holds a position on the advisory board for the Engineering and Mathematics department at Hochschule Bielefeld.
