Svenja Fülling

Svenja Fülling is a TPM Coach at the Hettich Group, where they have been involved in operational excellence through practical applications of TPM and Lean methodologies. Previously, Svenja worked in various roles within the Hettich Group from 2014 to 2018, including as an Einrichterin and an Industriemechanikerin specializing in maintenance. Prior to this, Svenja gained experience in the equestrian field, completing an apprenticeship as a Pferdewirtin from 2003 to 2006 and later operating a self-managed equestrian facility from 2012 to 2014.
