Hal Brooks

Hal Brooks has had a long and successful career in the eDiscovery and litigation support industries. Hal began their professional journey in 1996 as a Regional Vice President for IKON Document Services/Atlanta Legal Copies, where they helped grow the company to $90M in revenue and oversaw the litigation services, business document services and Facilities Management divisions for the eastern region. In 2001, Hal became the COO/Founder of Onsite, a national provider of litigation support and electronic discovery services. Under their leadership, the company grew to $72M in revenue and was acquired in 2006 by Summit Capital Partners. In 2006, Hal became the Director of MedAllocators Inc, a provider of MMSEA and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance services. The company was sold to ExamWorks in 2014. In 2011, Hal became the Director of OrcaTec LLC, a provider of TAR technology software and services. The company was sold to a private investor in 2012. In 2012, Hal became the Director of Heureka Software, LLC. In 2016, Hal became the President of Envision Discovery, a leading, full-service eDiscovery provider for law firms, corporate counsel, and government agencies. In 2018, Hal became the CEO of HaystackID Group Holdings.

Hal Brooks obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Humanties from Wofford College between 1975 and 1979.
