Ritu Sachdeva

Ritu Sachdeva has over 25 years of work experience, starting as a Customer Service Representative at Autoline Citimobile Finance in 1994. Ritu then worked at Delhi Stock Exchange Limited as an Assistant Trainee before joining TCS as a Manager in 1998. Ritu gained extensive experience in technical communication during their time at TCS, where they led a team of technical communicators and established the technical writing function at the Lucknow branch. In 2006, they became the General Manager of Technical Documentation at Xansa India Ltd. Ritu then joined Oracle India Pvt Ltd in 2007 as a Senior Manager, where they oversaw the documentation of Oracle applications and achieved crucial process improvements. After leaving Oracle, Ritu worked as the Director of Technical Communication at Cloud Lending Solutions from 2015 to 2018. Ritu also held the role of Freelance Writer and Editor before joining Hevo Data in 2020 as a Senior Principal Technical Writer.

Ritu Sachdeva completed a 2-year PG Diploma in Management with a focus on IT Management from AIMA - All India Management Association between 1996 and 2000. Ritu also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Delhi University from 1990 to 1993. Ritu Sachdeva attended St. Francis de Sales from 1981 to 1990, where they studied Physics, Computer Science, Maths, English, and Hindi. Additionally, they have certifications in Git and GitHub for Writers, Learn API Technical Writing 1: JSON & XML for Writers, Learn API Technical Writing 2: REST for Writers, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Sofware Quality Analyst from various institutions.
