Derek Bley is an experienced operations manager and business leader with a strong background in sales, training, and program development. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hewitt Technologies Inc. since March 2020, Derek oversees various functions including sales, technical support, and inventory management, while also developing onboarding processes and production instructions. Previously, Derek held multiple leadership roles at Team National from July 2015 to December 2019, where responsibilities included directing business programs, managing a $300 million portfolio, and launching a wholesale payroll processing business. Earlier experience includes coordinating leadership development at Barry University and business development at KCE Logistics. Derek holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Newberry College.
