Mark Pulliam is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades in various technical roles. Pulliam began as an IT engineer in 1988, gaining extensive experience across multiple companies. Notably, Pulliam served as a Systems Engineer at Syscom Technologies, Inc. (now Blue Ally) from August 2002 to December 2010, followed by a position as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Ricoh Company Ltd. from December 2010 to January 2012.
