Jaclyn Benstead serves as the Chief Experience Officer at HEX, where responsibilities include aligning customer and employee experiences and leading various programs. Before joining HEX in January 2019, Jaclyn was the CEO of Gorillacom, which launched multiple e-commerce companies, including the notable Cat Camp. Experience at Deakin University included roles as Manager of Industry Engagement and Campus Coordinator, focusing on industry collaboration and operational efficiency within the Faculty of Business and Law. Previously, Jaclyn held leadership positions at Swinburne University, The University of British Columbia, University of Melbourne, and Imperial College London, enhancing student services and administrative processes. Jaclyn holds an MBA from Swinburne University and has pursued further education in Global Leadership at Northeastern University.
