Phone and computer problems that induce headaches in mere mortals are child’s play to our technicians at Hex. Our specialist repair centre in Edinburgh has carried out repairs on well over 50,000 devices since we first opened in 2008. Starting out, we had no reputation and just a few employees. These days, we’re known throughout the capital as the place to go if you need a screen repaired, a phone unlocked or laptop reformatted.

Offering a 90-day repair guarantee on all devices, we have built a tremendous reputation founded on honesty and technological proficiency, a reputation that has won us an army of loyal customers from Edinburgh and further afield. Of course, Hex customers appreciate that we’re one of few retailers opened seven days a week, meaning we’re always on hand to restore their precious device to full working order. Providing, that is, such an outcome is possible.

If your electronic device is beyond repair, we’re not the type to offer unrealistic expectations. That would be wasting your time and ours. The truth is, we’ll know when we get under the hood. From there, we’ll go the extra mile to diagnose and fix the problem. There aren’t many technical issues we haven’t come across at Hex before, so whether you’re confronted by a baffling error message or your device simply won’t power on, get in touch and we’ll bring our experience to bear.

It’s not just our experience and customer-focused approach that sets us apart. Hex also happens to be the biggest stockist of spare electronic parts in Edinburgh, meaning we don’t have to wait for delivery of key components to progress a fix. As for tasks like replacing screens and recovering data, they’re as familiar to us as morning coffee.

Hex has been commissioned to repair devices for clients such as John Lewis, George Watson’s College, NHS Scotland and the University of Edinburgh. But we give just as much attention to walk-in customers as high-profile retailers. So give us a call and let’s see if we can get
