Jeri Finard is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Lykos Capital Partners, a boutique growth equity firm dedicated to emerging and lower middle market consumer product brands. With extensive experience as a former Independent Board Director for companies like Seventh Generation and Frontier Communications, Jeri has also held executive roles such as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Mondelēz International and CEO of Godiva Chocolatier. Currently, Jeri serves on multiple boards, including Bolt Threads and RevAir, while pursuing a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Jeri's expertise spans across consumer brands and high-growth businesses in both public and private sectors.
