Amanda Fioritto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. Amanda started their career as a Refugee Resettlement Intern at Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley in 2011. Amanda then worked as a Public Policy Intern at the Muslim Public Affairs Council in 2011. In 2013, they held a position as an Associate at the Jordanian Interfaith Coexistence Research Center and also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Women's Policy Research.

From 2014 to 2016, Amanda worked as a Data and Evaluation Specialist at Urban Alliance, where they managed the organization's Salesforce database, defined program KPIs, and led data-driven strategy sessions. Amanda then moved on to a role as a Specialist in Data and Strategy at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they developed a program to model student participation in career education programs and implemented a performance evaluation framework.

Starting in 2018, Amanda worked as a Consultant at Education Strategy Group, where they built data tools and provided data strategies for education agencies. Amanda then joined Sonder Inc. in 2019 as a Senior Analyst in Business Operations and Analytics. Amanda'sresponsibilities included database architecture design, A|B testing, and building data models.

In 2021, Amanda became the Lead Data Analytics Engineer at Spin, where they designed custom data models, maintained documentation, and provided training to data users. Amanda is currently working at Hex as an Analytics Engineer.

Amanda Fioritto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies, Sociology, and Arabic from the University of Dayton from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in the Washington Semester Program on Islam & World Affairs at American University. Amanda also completed a Summer Immersion Program for Arabic Language at the University of Jordan in the same year. From 2013 to 2015, Amanda pursued their Master of Public Policy degree with a focus on Program Evaluation and Analysis, as well as Urban Policy at The George Washington University. Additionally, they obtained two certifications, namely "Applied Plotting, Charting & Data Representation in Python" and "Introduction to Data Science in Python" from Coursera in April 2018 and February 2018, respectively.
