Rafa Jara Simkin

Rafa Jara Simkin is currently serving as a GTM Advisor at Theory Ventures since September 2023, where responsibilities include assisting founders with sales, go-to-market strategies, and performance management. In addition, Rafa is a member of the Founder Mental Health Pledge and has been an angel investor and advisor for multiple companies, including Hex Technologies and Canvas, since November 2021. Previously, Rafa held prominent roles such as VP of Enterprise Sales at Monte Carlo and Sales Director, Enterprise at Google, where significant achievements included closing the largest enterprise deal in Looker history. Rafa's experience also encompasses advisory positions at Timber.io and Daydream, as well as executive coaching for startup leaders. Rafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University.
