Sean Mateer

Sean Mateer has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Sean is currently working as the Principal Product Designer at Hex Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Twilio Inc. as the Principal Product Designer for the Email Platform from April 2021 to July 2021, and as the Staff Product Designer for the same platform from June 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Twilio Inc., Sean worked at SendGrid as a Senior Product Designer from July 2018 to June 2019. Sean also gained experience at ForeFlight, LLC as a Senior Product Designer from January 2018 to May 2018, and as a Product Designer from January 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, Sean worked as an Interaction Designer at Springbox from March 2014 to January 2016 and as a Web Designer at Pixel Farm from September 2013 to February 2014. Sean started their career as a Design Intern at Springbox in June 2013. Sean also has experience as a Usability Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota Office of Information Technology from June 2012 to May 2013.

Sean Mateer studied at the University of Minnesota, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
