Stephanie Wharton

Stephanie Wharton is a seasoned recruiter with a diverse background in technical and business recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Hex since June 2025, Stephanie previously held roles at Handshake from February 2022 to November 2024, including Senior Manager of Business Recruiting and Manager of Recruiting, where the focus was on GTM, G&A, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As Co-Lead of La Familia, engagement efforts centered on the Latine diaspora community. Stephanie’s career also includes experience at Thrive Lab as a Content + Career Strategist, where over 200 women and girls benefited from improved professional narratives, and roles at Qualia and StitcherAds focused on recruiting and content marketing, respectively. A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, Stephanie leverages a strong foundation in communication and strategy throughout their professional endeavors.
