Robert White is a co-founder and CEO of BaseFund, LLC, where they lead the development of a software platform designed to enhance municipal finance through effective management of fixed income transactions and outstanding debt. They co-founded and serve as an advisor at HEXA Containment since 2014. From 2007 to 2022, Robert was a managing director at Southwest Securities, Inc. and other Texas firms, where they served over 125 municipalities and oversaw more than 750 transactions totaling approximately $15 billion. Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University in 2004.
