Ume Kalsoom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2007, they interned at Gallup International on a project basis. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing & HR consultant at LOTUS, where they focused on brand awareness and human resource consultancy. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Marketing Executive at International Field & Tab. Later, they joined Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) as a Communications & Marketing Associate, responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies. In 2011, they transitioned to Abacus Consulting, initially as an Assistant Manager Corporate Communications and later as Manager Corporate Communications & Branding. At Abacus Consulting, they were involved in various aspects of corporate and internal communications, brand management, and event management. In 2018, they joined FAST School of Management, Lahore, as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors. Additionally, in the same year, they became the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at HexaClicks. As of 2021, Ume Kalsoom serves as the Founder of DigiClicks-PK.
Ume Kalsoom attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
