Michael Reece has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to manufacturing, fabrication, and engineering. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Metal Fabricator at ProFabrication. In 2006, they joined Robert Yates Racing as a Metal Fabricator. Michael then moved on to Roush Fenway Racing in 2007, where they served as a Team Lead, Project Lead, and Exhaust Fabricator until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Components Fabricator at Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates, LLC, where they designed and fabricated metal parts, exhaust systems, and truck arms. Since 2015, they have been working as a Manufacturing Engineer Technician at Hexagon Agility, where they have taken on various responsibilities, including quality assurance, part assembly, research and development inspection, and project coordination. Throughout their career, Michael Reece has shown strong attention to detail, the ability to develop and implement procedures, and effective communication skills.

Michael Reece began their education at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in 1998, where they pursued a Welding Technology degree. Michael completed this degree in 2001, specializing in Welding Technology/Welder. Additionally, in 1999, Michael Reece also attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to further enhance their knowledge in Welding Technology.
