Bruce Decaster

Bruce Decaster is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various global human resources roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Advisory & Operations for LATAM at Hexagon AB, Bruce focuses on aligning HR strategies across multiple countries while addressing complex HR issues. Prior roles include President and CEO of Crescentia Global Talent Solutions, recognized as "Most Iconic Leader of The Year 2023" by CIO Today, and author of the book “The Art of Serving Two Masters.” Bruce has held significant positions at TE Connectivity, Hexagon AB, Komatsu, Target, and MultiLing, contributing to HR strategies and operations on a global scale. Bruce holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Health & Human Performance from Brigham Young University.
