Daria Tyka

Daria Tyka serves as a Global HR Process, Data and Talent Acquisition Expert at Hexagon AB since June 2023, while also fulfilling the role of Junior HR Business Partner for the Innovation Hub. Prior to this, Daria worked at Wella Company from November 2021 to June 2023 as an HR Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting the HR Operations Team, managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and handling HR invoices, among other HR functions. Earlier, Daria was a Regional Manager at Chillispaces.com, overseeing office operations, customer service, and employee training from August 2020 to November 2021. Daria's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in HR Business Partner from WSB University and studies in System Audit from Polska Akademia Nauk as well as attendance at the University of Lodz and Akademia Obrony Narodowej.
