Rishov Saikia

Rishov Saikia serves as the General Manager - Strategy at Hexagon AB since September 2023, driving business strategy for India, focusing on GTM alliances and corporate development. Previously, Rishov held the position of Vice President at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, leading strategic initiatives for the Linear TV advertisement sales organization from January 2020 to August 2023, which included sales transformation and digital initiatives. Before Zee Entertainment, Rishov was General Manager - Strategic Initiatives at Jio, managing programs for business growth, including B2B sales and digital consumer engagement. Rishov's earlier experience includes roles at EY-Parthenon in private equity advisory, Wipro's CEO office focusing on market entry strategies, and consulting at Infosys Consulting with a focus on process improvement. Rishov holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Production & Industrial Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.
