Steve Lorimer

Steve Lorimer is an experienced professional in the field of information security and technical management. Currently serving as the Group Privacy & Information Security Officer at Hexagon AB since January 2018, Steve has played a pivotal role in overseeing information security protocols. Prior to this, Steve held various positions at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure from October 2010 to December 2017, including Information Security Manager, where responsibilities involved the design and implementation of a UK-wide Information Security Management System certified to ISO27001:2013. Steve's earlier career included significant contributions at Intergraph, from October 2000 to October 2010, as Principal Application Engineer and Senior Application Engineer, providing technical leadership for the Utilities and Communications sectors. Throughout the career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in service delivery, governance, and project management across multiple industries.
