Deepak Shikarpur

Dr. Deepak Shikarpur is a renowned name in the IT industry in India and is an independent Director with many successful IT ventures like Autoline Design, Seed Infotech and others. He worked at Tata Group for 16 years on various consulting assignments globally. At HEXANIKA, he is a mentor to the team and provides guidance on strategic planning, resource management and cultural aspects.

He is a Hon Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Science, Computer Society of India and Institution of Engineers, Former Chairman of Computer Society of India, and serving co Chairman of the IT sub-committee of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), a premier corporate conglomerate.

On May 1, 2010, he was given the prestigious Late Shantanurao Kirloskar Achievement Award during the Golden Jubilee Celebration of Sanyukta Maharashtra State Formation Day at the hands of the Hon Dy Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

His career spans 29+ years of working in technology industry and he currently serves as a mentor to IT enthusiasts. He is a frequent contributor of articles in leading newspapers, periodicals and has authored more than 23 books on topics like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and the innovative use of Technology in various industries. He has also written numerous research papers, some of which were presented at various seminars and conferences in India and abroad.
