Benjamin Stuart has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain management and operations. Benjamin began their career in 1999 as an Environmental Field Technician and GIS Operator at Paul B. Lapham & Associates. In this role, they gained experience in GPS instruments, wetland mitigation design, and wetland delineation.
In 2000, Benjamin joined Synagro as a Senior Technical Services Manager. Benjamin managed projects for municipal and industrial clients, generating significant revenue and overseeing logistics, equipment, and personnel. Benjamin exceeded goals by identifying and permitting new acres, and successfully managed labor costs and overtime expenses. Benjamin's notable achievements include managing the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department land application program, which was the company's largest revenue-generating project, and implementing operational procedures for laboratory processes and emergency preparedness.
Since 2011, Benjamin has been working at HexArmor, where they have held various leadership roles. Benjamin started as a Production Manager and progressed to Senior Operations Manager and Director of Operations. Currently, they serve as the Supply Chain Director, responsible for overseeing supply chain operations. Benjamin'saccomplishments include improving operational efficiency, optimizing budgetary goals, and managing warehouse and production activities.

Benjamin Stuart pursued higher education, beginning in 1995 and ending in 2004. From 1995 to 2000, they attended Central Michigan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Benjamin'sfield of study focused on Biology & Environmental Studies, specifically Hydrogeology. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Saginaw Valley State University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Technological Processes.
