Brian Monette is a seasoned professional in talent management and recruiting, currently serving as the Talent Management and Recruiting Manager at HexArmor since November 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held positions as a Sr. Recruiter and HR Generalist. Experience includes serving as a Recruitment and Talent Advisor at Praxis Packaging Solutions, and various roles at ManpowerGroup, including HR Delivery Specialist/Recruiter for Steelcase and Team Lead at Global Headquarters. Early career included a Technical Recruiter Intern position at Oxford International and a student caller role at Marquette University, focusing on alumni relations and fundraising. Brian also has experience as a coach with the Chicago Cubs Summer Camp. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Marquette University and has further education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
