Tom Stolz

Tom Stolz has extensive experience in sales leadership across various prominent companies in the sporting goods and footwear sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at HexArmor since March 2025, Stolz previously held positions including Global Director of Sales at Rumpl, and Sr. Director of Sales at Merrell from 2012 to December 2023, where notable achievements included driving record revenue for key accounts and successfully launching the work footwear category. Additional roles at Merrell encompassed leadership positions that involved managing sales teams and exceeding ambitious revenue and profit targets, as well as previous experience as Sr. Director of Sales at Chaco.
