The Engineering Team at HexaTech is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the crystal growth process to ensure the production of high-quality single crystalline aluminum nitride boules. This involves process development, equipment design, operational management, and supervision of ceramic production to support the fabrication of superior AlN wafers.
