Achim Fischereder

Achim Fischereder has a diverse work experience in various industries. Achim started their career at Sport Eybl & Sports Experts GmbH as a Sales Assistant, where they provided client consulting and support. From there, they moved on to Graz University of Technology as a Research collaborator and PhD Student, where they planned and accomplished research projects and collaborated with national and international cross-functional research groups. Following their time at the university, they joined Hexcel Corporation, initially as a Process Development Engineer, responsible for developing new manufacturing processes. Achim then took on roles as a Project Manager and later as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the composite product range for the automotive market and initiated strategic product developments. Most recently, Achim served as the Director Sales & Marketing, Automotive, and currently holds the position of Director Marketing - Industrial at Hexcel Corporation.

Achim Fischereder earned a Ph.D. / Dr. degree in Technical Sciences from Graz University of Technology from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a M.Sc. / DI degree in Industrial Chemistry from the same university from 2003 to 2008.
