Andrew Gendreau

Andrew Gendreau has over 16 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources, compensation, and finance. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards & HRIS at Hexcel Corporation. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Global Total Rewards at World Fuel Services. Andrew has also worked at Textron as the Director of Compensation & Human Resources, and held multiple roles within the compensation field at the company. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at MIKEL Inc. and worked as a Financial Analyst at World Fuel Services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Financial Consultant at BearingPoint and as an Assistant Club Manager at Kittansett Club.

Andrew Gendreau has completed the Executive Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
