Bryce Vaessen

Bryce Vaessen is an accomplished project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the advanced materials and aerospace sectors. Currently, Bryce serves as Project Manager & Global Asset Manager at Hexcel Corporation, leading a $200 million plant expansion and overseeing all CAPEX spending. Previous roles include managing Hexcel's $250 million greenfield expansion in Roussillon, France, and serving as Senior Mechanical Process Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed plant safety and process improvements. Prior to Hexcel, Bryce held positions at Jacobs Technology, Key Engineering, and Kimberly-Clark Corporation, leading significant projects and capital initiatives. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bryce combines technical expertise with effective project leadership.
