Celeste Perilli

Celeste Perilli has extensive work experience in the field of benefits and finance. Celeste is currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Hexcel Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Omnicom Group as the Director of Health and Welfare Plans from March 2015 to November 2021. Celeste also held the position of Corporate Benefits Manager at Hexcel Corporation from November 2006 to March 2015. Before joining Hexcel, they worked at Pitney Bowes where they served as a Consultant for Health Strategy Planning and Design from December 2004 to November 2006, a Total Rewards Analyst from April 2001 to December 2004, and a Business and Financial Planner from May 1999 to April 2001. Celeste initially started their career at Pitney Bowes Management Services, where they worked as a Finance Manager Tri State from April 1995 to May 1999.

Celeste Perilli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting Information Systems from Pace University.
