Eric Schulze

Eric Schulze has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric is currently the Director of Global Compensation at Hexcel Corporation since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at PwC Consulting - People & Organization from January 2022 to October 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Director of Compensation at The Children's Place, where they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining a competitive compensation strategy. Before that, Eric held various roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., UBS Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and NYS School Boards Assn. Overall, Eric has a strong background in compensation management, human resources, and finance.

Eric Schulze earned an MBA in Information Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Siena College between 1988 and 1991. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
