Gerald Scherrer

Gerald Scherrer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1987, they worked as a Chemical Engineer at UWEG for a brief period. In 1988, they joined Fritsch Nahrungsmittel GmbH as the Head of Quality Management. Gerald then moved to Neuber GmbH (Brenntag) in 1990, where they served as the Plant Manager for almost a decade. In 1999, Gerald became a Consultant SAP R/3 at Siemens Business Services and stayed there until 2002. After that, they joined LÖFFLER Premium Sportswear as the Head of Logistics Department until 2006. Gerald's most recent position is as the Head of Department Logistics & Warehousing at Hexcel Corporation, where they have been working since 2006.

Gerald Scherrer has a Master's degree in economics and engineering from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Gerald also has an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering Technology/Technician from HTL Wels, earned from 1981 to 1986. In addition, they have received certifications in APICS CPIM and CSCP, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Scherrer has also completed courses in ADR, IMDG, and IATA. Gerald has also obtained a REFA Industrial Engineering certification from REFA in 1990-1992.
