Jake Gibbs

Jake Gibbs is a Technical Sales Engineer at Hexcel Corporation since December 2017, providing product and applications support to customers in the central U.S. Prior to this role, Gibbs worked at NORDAM from May 2011 to November 2017 as a Materials and Process Engineer, where notable contributions included managing engineering projects for quality and productivity improvements, leading the qualification of facilities for manufacturing F-35A composite structures, and developing specifications for materials and processes. Gibbs also served as a mentor to intern engineers during this time. Earlier experience includes an internship focused on testing composite materials and assessing corrosion-resistant coatings. Jake Gibbs holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2012.
