Marco Arcidiacono

Marco Arcidiacono is a seasoned professional in composite materials manufacturing, with extensive experience in the aerospace, automotive, and marine sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Fellow and Principal Engineer at Hexcel Corporation since October 2005, responsibilities include leading global continuous improvement initiatives, managing manufacturing processes, and overseeing capital projects. Prior to this, Marco held key positions at Cytec Engineering Materials and Structural Polymer Systems, focusing on process engineering, project management, and product development, and contributed to Six Sigma program deployments. Educational qualifications include a Master Degree in Material Science and a hons Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Catania.
