Paul is known for delivering operational results with high integrity and has extensive expertise in lean transformation and advanced technology development. They earned a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Currently, Paul serves as the VP of Global Asset Strategy at Hexcel Corporation.
