Richard Rosier

Richard Rosier is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Hexcel Corporation, where they have been serving since 2025. Previously, Richard held various legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Crane Co. and Crane NXT, and Chief Legal Counsel for multiple segments at Terex Corporation. Richard began their legal career as a paralegal at Kaye Scholer LLP before working as an Associate Attorney at several law firms, including Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP and Kane Kessler, P.C. Richard earned a B.A. in Government from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
