Scott M. Grabon, EMBA, MSAE, is an award-winning leader in global aircraft life cycle operations, quality, and program management, recognized for driving operational excellence and fostering continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Operations - Structures and RF at Hexcel Corporation since 2025, Scott has held various senior leadership roles at Spirit AeroSystems, including Senior Director and Deputy Program Manager for the 737 MAX/P8. Scott's earlier experience includes working as a Static Loads Engineer at Cessna Aircraft Company. Educated at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Scott earned a BS and furthered their studies with an EMBA and MS from Wichita State University.
