Tucker McKenzie

Tucker McKenzie, Ph.D., is a polymer chemist currently working as a Scientist III at Hexcel Corporation, where they lead the development of new adhesives for aerospace applications. Previously, Tucker held roles as a Product Manager and Formulation Chemist within Hexcel's Early Career Program, focusing on product growth and cross-functional team collaboration. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, where they also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, specializing in silicone-based materials and organic chemistry education. Prior to their academic pursuits, Tucker gained experience in sales and merchandising roles with Velvet Ice Cream Co Inc and the Cincinnati Reds.
