Hayk Kosyan

Hayk Kosyan has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Hayk is currently the Head of Finance and Legal at Hexens, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and COO of RoboDel, a role they held from January 2021.

From 2019 to 2020, Hayk worked as a Business Consultant and Project Manager at Touching Armenia. This was followed by a tenure at Globbing, where they held multiple roles from 2015 to 2020. These included Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Finance and Legal Department.

During their time at Globbing, Hayk developed growth strategies, oversaw legal aspects, established new companies in foreign jurisdictions, and played a key role in franchise planning. Hayk also built relationships with partners and staff, conducted market research, and promoted project effectiveness.

Prior to this, Hayk had experience as an Acquisition Manager at Ginosi Apartels, and as a Lead Specialist in the Retail Credit Department and Small and Medium Business Department at BTA Bank. Hayk also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the 18th Century Furniture Co.

Throughout their career, Hayk has demonstrated a strong combination of finance, legal, project management, and business development skills.

Hayk Kosyan has a Master's degree in Finance, General from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence at Galiq University of Armenia. Alongside their Jurisprudence degree, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yerevan State University during the same period.
