Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as a Regional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Hexion Inc. since August 2018, Brian has previously held roles including Lean Six Sigma Campus Manager at ENTEK International and Continuous Improvement Manager at Dyno Nobel. Brian's career began at Arclin USA, where responsibilities included project management to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and coaching Six Sigma Green Belts, alongside roles as a Process Improvement Chemist and Research Chemist. Brian holds a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Oregon, an MBA from Northwest Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oregon.
