David Rupp

David Rupp is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and commodity management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Procurement at Hexion Inc. since July 2022, Rupp leads the North American raw materials team, overseeing a spend of over $1 billion. Prior to this role, Rupp held various positions at Momentive, including Sr. Commodity Manager and Global Procurement Director, accumulating over 15 years of experience. Earlier in the career, Rupp also served at Johnson Controls as Sourcing and Compliance Leader and held the position of Sourcing Leader at Owens Corning for nearly a decade. Rupp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bowling Green State University between 1992 and 1997.
