Mingbo Mingbo has over 25 years of experience in the coatings and materials industry, currently serving as the R&D Manager for Epoxy Coatings at Hexion Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, Mingbo held multiple R&D Manager positions at DSM, where innovative UV materials for the 3D printing industry were developed and UV coatings for concrete and vinyl composite tile floors were created. At Hexion Specialty Chemicals, responsibilities included managing technical services and applications in coating resins, formulating and applying newly developed resins for industrial and architectural coatings. Previous roles include Principal Research Chemist at Eastman Chemical Company and Project Research Chemist at McWhorter Technologies, along with early career experience as a Research Chemist at Engelhard Corporation.
