Toby Cook is a seasoned Quality and Operational Excellence Manager with extensive experience in continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and Total Quality Management. With a strong technical background combined with essential soft skills, Toby has successfully led and developed continuous improvement initiatives across various industries such as manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Agriculture, and Finance.
