Rachana Vijayan

Rachana Vijayan has a strong background in sales, marketing, and partnerships. Rachana worked as the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Sales, Marketing & Partnerships at Hexnode and Mitsogo Inc. starting in 2014. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Senior Technical Consultant at Zoho Corporation where they specialized in B2B ITSM Enterprise products. Rachana was responsible for implementing ITIL practices and training IT managers and teams on ManageEngine ITSM products. Rachana also had a role as an IT support at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2008.

Rachana Vijayan completed their B Tech degree in Computer Science from Vidya Academy of Science & Technology from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Information Systems from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2009 to 2011.
