John Sedgwick

John Sedgwick, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Director of Engineering and Maintenance and General Manager at HEXPOL Compounding, a role held since July 2019. Prior to this, John was Plant Manager and Engineering Supervisor at Preferred Compounding from December 2016 to July 2019, and Engineering Supervisor at Trostel Ltd from March 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included process engineering and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodology. John's early experience includes a Manufacturing Engineer Internship at Southeastern Container from November 2009 to March 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
