Robert (R.J.) Schoger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at HEXPOL Compounding since March 2024, Schoger previously held the position of Director of Accounting at Associated Materials from June 2023 to March 2024. Prior to these roles, Schoger was a consultant as a Sole Proprietor for three years and worked at Diebold Nixdorf in various capacities, including VP & Assistant Controller. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Park-Ohio Holdings Corp and A. Schulman, Inc., and ownership of Schoger & Co, LLC. The professional journey began at Ernst & Young as an auditor. Schoger holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Baldwin Wallace University.
