Currently serving as the Regional Finance Director at HEXPOL Compounding, Russell has previously led initiatives at Cargill, resulting in significant EBITDA growth and successful ERP implementations. With extensive experience in GAAP financial reporting and cost accounting, Russell collaborates with diverse teams to drive process improvements and support organizational growth. Russell has also volunteered with non-profit organizations to enhance accounting processes in the community.
