Thomas Roberts has over 30 years of experience in quality management across various industries, currently serving as the Director of Quality at HEXPOL Compounding since July 2014. At HEXPOL, Thomas manages Quality Assurance for the largest custom rubber compounder in North America, overseeing 15 manufacturing sites. Previous roles include Quality Manager positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, Ohio Star Forge, Carlisle Brake & Friction, JLG Industries, and Hendrickson Trailer, where Thomas consistently drove quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives through Six Sigma and other methodologies. Thomas holds an MBA in Business Administration from Malone University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
