Todd Mowery

Todd Mowery is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HEXPOL Compounding since May 2013, Todd has also held positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Todd co-owned and operated Extra Innings Troy, a premier indoor baseball and softball training facility, from May 2009 to May 2013. Todd's consulting expertise was honed at Workplace Transformation, Inc. as a Senior Consultant from February 2004 to April 2011, specializing in change processes that enhance organizational performance. Additionally, Todd was General Manager at ATOC Technologies, Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and worked at Metaldyne from 1994 to 2001 in various human resources roles, including HR Training and Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
